Role of the Builder
Finally, once the architect’s design and the engineer’s assessments have been approved, it is DCH’s job to bring the project to life. DCH is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the design, hiring and managing workers, sourcing materials, managing budgets and schedules and overseeing safety regulations. DCH is also the team responsible for the quality of the construction.
